Product Description:
RD series of powder coatings, the main component weather-resistant polyester resins, which are suitable for coating of metal object in general industrial fields.
Appearance and packaging:
Appearance: High gloss (various gloss ranges), sand grain, hammer grain.
Color: can be adjusted according to customer requirements.
Packaging: PE bags and cardboard boxes, 20KG per box.

Substrate and preparation:
Substrates: aluminum profiles, aluminum plates, iron plates, and galvanized iron plates.
Preparation: The workpiece should undergo pre-treatment. For example, phosphate. If the product is used in a high anti-corrosion environment, it can be used in conjunction with special anti-corrosion primers.
Curing conditions:
Can be used for curing methods such as infrared, gas, thermal convection drying paths, and ovens.
Note: If a gas oven is used, the byproducts of combustion will change the color of the film.
Recommended curing conditions: object temperature/time 200 ℃/10-15 minutes.
Instruction:
Don't be mixed with other coatings.
Before using this powder, make the appropriate pre-treatment of workpiece first.
Manual or automatic electrostatic spraying methods.
The spraying thickness of the film should be determined based on the shape, size, thickness, etc. of the coated object. If the film thickness is less than 60 μ Firstly, performance evaluation, such as experimentation, should be conducted.
Storage:
Store in a dry and cool place (below 35 ℃), away from direct sunlight, and away from sources of fire and heat.
The storage life is within 12 months from the date of production.
For powders with a glossiness below 70%, generally the storage life is 6 months.
Safety precautions:
Dust can induce respiratory diseases，therefore, it is necessary to avoid inhaling dust or steam generated during the processing. During the production process, measures should be taken to prevent direct skin contact. Once in contact, immediately wash the skin with soap and water. If foreign objects enter the eyes, rinse immediately with water and seek medical attention promptly. Powder does not allow the accumulation of organic and volatile substances together. All equipment should be grounded to prevent the accumulation of static electricity and potential hazards, such as fires.
